Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking an Application Advocate to own the lifecycle of an internally developed software application. You will serve as the primary link between users, business leadership, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

You will own the roadmap, gather requirements, coordinate delivery, oversee release readiness, and drive adoption, performance, and continuous improvement across the application lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and maintaining backlogs.
• Familiarity with software delivery lifecycle and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the application lifecycle and roadmap from strategy to adoption.
• Gather user needs, document requirements, and set acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery among developers, users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead testing, release readiness, and documentation for successful deployments.
• Drive adoption, monitor usage, and realize business value.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and maintenance needs; manage risk & governance.
• Regularly report health, status, and unresolved issues to leadership.
