Qualifications

• At least 1 year in coaching, training, or instruction.
• At least 1 year directly supporting K-8 students with one-to-one or small-group coaching.
• At least 1 year combining hands-on data analysis with learner support.
• At least 6 months using AI tools in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive improved student learning outcomes through AI‑driven analysis and real‑time academic insights.
• Provide live coaching calls and post‑assessment coaching to resolve blockers and maintain motivation.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes to innovate learning strategies.
• Sync with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.
