The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan repayments while following the bank's policies and procedures.## Key Responsibilities* Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business targets. Buy Maps* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.* Promote and sell the bank's loan products and financial services.* Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.* Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.* Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.* Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.* Ensure timely loan repayments and follow up on outstanding installments.* Follow the bank's policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical standards.* Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to the line manager.* Conduct regular customer meetings according to product requirements.* Handle customer documents securely and prevent misuse.* Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through the designated cash counter.* Maintain high customer service standards and address customer concerns.* Monitor market trends and recommend opportunities for business growth.
