Job summary

Octus is seeking a Data Analyst for the ESMA team in our Pakistan office to support regulatory data reporting for leading investment managers. You’ll manage client data inflows, maintain issuer/loan databases, and collaborate with product teams to enhance data workflows and ESMA deliverables.

The role requires fixed income operations experience, knowledge of financial markets, and strong self-management with excellent communication to liaise internally and with clients.

Qualifications

Fixed income operational experience is required.
Knowledge of broader financial markets is essential.
Experience with leveraged loans is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

Manage inflows of client data and maintain issuer/loan databases.
Conduct issuer research to ensure correct asset relationships.
Serve as KYC point person and keep records up to date.
Collaborate with Product team to manage workflows and invoicing.
Develop mechanisms to centralize data collection for ESMA product.
