Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share objectives for the assigned product portfolio within the region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Team Management & Development:
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual development plans for team members.
- Ensure the sales team is highly proficient in product knowledge, clinical applications, and sales techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, thought leaders, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to the National Sales Manager/Sales Director.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools for pipeline management, customer tracking, and activity reporting.
- Manage pricing, tender processes, and contracts in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Product & Market Expertise:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company\'s medical device product portfolio, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, healthcare policies, and regulatory changes (e.g., DRAP – Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) impacting the medical device market.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide insights from the field and support new product launches.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity.

- Language: Fluency in English and Urdu is essential. Knowledge of other regional languages (e.g., Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto) is a significant advantage.
