The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience and strong skills in candidate attraction and selection. Recruitment Lead needed in an Education group in Hyderabad. Joining – Immediate. Work Location – HiTech City. Looking for local candidates from Hyderabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.

Role – The recruitment lead will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right talent for the Group in India. This position will also help identify, establish and maintain relationships with teacher training institutions to enable our schools to recruit quality talent from campus recruitment initiatives. Stakeholders: Internal – Functional Heads, Hiring Managers, Principals / Heads of Schools. External – Candidates, Vendors, recruitment consultants, College placement officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.
  • Send daily and weekly reports and publish recruitment dashboard.
Key Success Factors
  • Closing positions within the agreed SLAs.
  • Optimized cost per hire.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and managing a team is preferable.
  • Ability to manage social media is an added advantage.
  • Experience in working on an ATS is highly preferable.
  • Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, apply and use a variety of software applications, including sound knowledge of standard computing tools, Microsoft Office applications, online databases, email, and web-based research tools.
