Job summary

Aipix Visuals in Lahore is seeking a skilled real estate video editor to shape property imagery. Edit and color grade footage in DaVinci Resolve, assemble multicam walkthroughs, apply LUTs, and deliver videos optimized for web and social platforms.

You will collaborate with photographers and retouchers, maintain schedules, and ensure stable footage with clean audio. A strong real estate portfolio and proficiency in Fairlight and Color page workflows are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing in DaVinci Resolve with real estate footage portfolio.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve editing, Fairlight audio, and Color page workflows.
• Strong color grading using nodes, qualifiers, Power Windows, and LUTs.
• Experience with timeline editing, multicam sequences, keyframing, motion graphics templates.
• Knowledge of codecs/containers (H.264, H.265, ProRes) and export settings for web and social.
• Ability to clean and stabilize footage, reduce noise, and fix exposure.
• Basic audio editing and mixing for clear voiceovers and ambient balance.
• Organisational skills for file management and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit and color grade real estate footage using DaVinci Resolve to produce final deliverables for web and social platforms.
• Assemble multi-camera property walkthroughs, add smooth transitions, motion graphics, and synchronized audio.
• Perform primary and secondary color correction to enhance interior and exterior shots while preserving realistic tones.
• Stabilize, clean, and optimise footage; reduce noise and fix exposure issues where needed.
• Export videos in required codecs and formats, ensuring correct aspect ratios and file sizes for client delivery.
• Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to align visual style and apply consistent LUTs.
• Maintain turnaround schedules and manage versions/files to meet deadlines.
