HORO Digital in Lahore, Pakistan invites driven Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers to generate leads, build client relationships, and close real estate deals. This sales-focused role emphasizes service excellence, targets, and long-term client care.

You will manage a pipeline, present property details, conduct meetings, and maintain CRM records while delivering results and referrals through strong communication and a client-first approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, real estate preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
• Ensure clients are thoroughly briefed on property details, features, and pricing.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Manage their portfolio of REC's/brokerage network & act as a key account manager.
• Provide clients with demonstrations and guide them through to timely deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the entire sales process, from first contact to post-sale.
• Stay in touch with clients to understand evolving requirements and identify further opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and deal records in the CRM system.

Formazione
