Compensation: Pure Commission-Based (Uncapped payouts up to PKR 300,000+ per deal)

• Learn Closing: Sit directly with senior partners to observe and learn how real estate deals are finalized.
• Market Knowledge: Understand plot rates, sector updates, and investment trends.
