Full Stack Engineer – React & React Native

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to multiple modern Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands‑on experience with React, Next.js, React Native, and Expo, with the ability to work across both web and mobile development. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and high‑quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, React Native, and Expo.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and application architecture.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend services.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement responsive and cross‑platform user experiences for web and mobile.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Write unit/integration tests where applicable and support QA during testing and releases.
• Investigate production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Work independently while effectively communicating progress, challenges, and technical dependencies.

Required Technical Skills

Web Development

• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js
• Strong experience with Next.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience developing responsive and reusable web components
• Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management

Mobile Development

• Strong hands‑on experience with React Native
• Experience with Expo / Expo SDK
• Experience building and deploying cross‑platform mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Understanding of mobile application lifecycle, navigation, state management, and performance optimization

Backend / Full Stack

• Good experience with Node.js and backend development
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, API integration, and error handling
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns

Engineering Practices

• Strong understanding of Git and version control
• Experience with CI/CD and application deployment processes
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Experience with automated testing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade web and mobile applications.
• Experience working on multiple applications/products simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and provide technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a distributed/multi‑location engineering team.
• Experience with Next.js + React Native/Expo in production environments will be highly preferred.
