Job summary

Abyss Solutions Ltd is seeking a Quality Specialist to own and drive quality across live data processing and operational environments, ensuring ISO 9001/42001 compliance and risk-based controls.

You will collaborate with Operations, Data, Engineering and Product to improve data integrity, reduce defects, and implement CAPA and RCA processes; build QMS documentation and dashboards; mentor the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, AI/ML, data science or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in quality management within live operations, engineering, technology or data processing environments.
• Proven experience implementing and operating ISO certified QMS standards.
• Experience conducting NCR/CAPA management, RCA and quality improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to point clouds, AI/ML, digital twins, or visual data processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with quality standards.
• Embed quality across live data processing and operational workflows.
• Own NCR, incident reporting, and CAPA cycles end-to-end; conduct structured RCA.
• Lead quality frameworks and drive Total Quality Management (TQM) across data capture, processing, and delivery teams.
• Nurture and mentor the QA team; deliver ISO awareness training and process adherence.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs to translate into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Develop quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
