Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Process Quality Engineer in Pakistan to oversee workshop standards, develop inspection instructions, and drive quality improvements across manufacturing lines. You will analyze defects, apply 7 QC Tools, and support on-site QMS implementation to mitigate risks in new product introductions.

The role requires hands-on experience with SPC/MSA and cross-functional collaboration to address major batch issues. On-site work in Karachi area is expected.

Responsibilities

• Master workshop process standards; develop inspection work instructions based on control plans
• Optimize inspection documents based on process issues and operability
• Organize analysis and improvement of on-site defective products
• Analyze and solve problems using 7 QC Tools
• Proficient in SPC, MSA, and other quality tools for issue analysis and improvement
• Support on-site implementation of quality management systems
• Identify quality risks during new product introduction and implement improvements
• Establish cross-functional teams to address major batch quality issues
• Other duties assigned by supervisors
