Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager - B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Control overall quality assurance system according to ISO-9001, ISO-13485, and CGMP Standards.
2. Establish, maintain, and improve the quality system.
3. Perform Final Inspection (including In-Coming / In-Process Inspection if required).
4. Collaborate with R & D department for new developments.
5. Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
6. Perform and monitor calibration processes.
7. Issue CAPA in response to customer complaints.
8. Prepare agendas and minutes for Q.C. meetings.
9. Provide training to management and workers.
10. Handle customer complaints effectively.
11. Exercise document and data control.
12. Prepare Certificates of Conformance.
13. Monitor and control documentation processes at ETO Plant.

Primary Function: To implement and maintain the Quality Assurance System.
