Job Purpose

The Qualifications Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective parents. The role is responsible for managing inquiries, qualifying leads, conducting follow ups, and supporting conversions from inquiry to enrolment. The position also assists Admissions Officers during peak periods and supports school tours, parent guidance, and onboarding of new families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inquiries received through phone, email, walk ins, and digital channels, and ensure accurate logging in LeadSquared.
  • Understand family requirements and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Perform regular follow ups to convert leads into applications and enrollments.
  • Coordinate with Admissions Officers and Marketing to maintain consistent communication and conversion plans.
  • Track lead performance and share weekly and monthly reports with the Admissions Manager.
  • Support walk in visitors during busy periods and assist with school tours.
  • Handle application processing, document checks, and coordination for assessments or interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding of new families and ensure a smooth transition into the school.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with academic and operations teams for seamless admissions flow.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all parent and student information.

  • Timely response to inquiries within expected timelines.
  • Accurate and complete data entry in LeadSquared.
  • Lead to visit and visit to application conversion rates meeting targets.
