Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all activities of the department from initial operation to finished products.
2. Control workflow across all departments.
3. Maintain quality standards.
4. Perform any assignments given by management.
5. Prepare capability assessment plans for production.
6. Conduct trials of new materials and provide recommendations.
7. Engage in Research & Development.
8. Test raw materials.
9. Conduct short-term and long-term ink testing.
10. Perform chemical tests of inks.
11. Manage ink quality control.
12. Manage the R&D library.
13. Monitor environmental parameters.
14. Review health & safety data sheets for raw materials.
