Job summary

UserWise in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a QA Engineer for our Live Operations team to ensure games meet top quality and user experience. You will identify bugs, document issues, and work with developers to reproduce and fix them before release.

The role emphasizes rigorous test planning, clear bug reporting, and collaboration with project teams. Fresh- 1 year QA experience, strong English, and attention to detail are essential as we drive ongoing QA improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fresh- 1 year of hands on experience in QA.
Proficiency in basic English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of game development processes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Play and test games in various stages of development to identify bugs and issues.
Execute test cases and analyze results.
Report bugs clearly and work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Develop test plans and design test environments for functional, regression and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers and project management to understand game features.
Document test procedures and progress; monitor store reviews and player feedback.
Track analytics and product health, including crash logs and KPIs.
Stay updated with QA methods and participate in process improvements.
