Job summary

UserWise Services is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Live Operations team for a large international publisher. You will identify and document bugs, run test cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure high quality releases.

The role emphasizes testing across game features, analytics, and store reviews while staying current with QA practices. The ideal candidate has a QA background, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail, with opportunities in a growth-focused, USD salary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fresh- 1 year of hands on experience in QA.
Proficiency in basic English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of game development processes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Play and test games in various stages of development to identify and document bugs, glitches, and other issues.
Execute test cases and analyze results.
Report bugs and issues in a clear, concise, and detailed manner.
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on game requirements and specifications.
Design, create, and manage test environments for different types of testing (functional, regression, performance and related).
Collaborate with developers, and a Project manager to understand game features and mechanics.
Provide feedback and suggestions for game improvements based on testing results.
Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
Maintain up-to-date records of testing activities and progress.
Keep a close eye on store reviews and highlight the important ones to the management.
Keep a close eye on discord feedback from players and highlight them.
Test all design analytics.
Keep a check on product health by daily looking at crash logs and important KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
