Job summary

Flatgigs is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Python) to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. You will gather needs, create functional docs, and analyze data using Python to deliver high-quality software.

The role involves creating dashboards, writing SQL, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Data manipulation using Pandas.
• Data analysis and reporting.

• Automation scripting.
• Working with CSV, Excel, and JSON data.
• Basic understanding of APIs using Python.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform data analysis using Python to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
• Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
• Use AI/LLM tools to improve documentation, data analysis, and requirement gathering.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
