Qualifications

• Education in IT/CS/Engineering with 16 years of study.
• Minimum 5 years in IT leadership roles; public sector experience preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects with national/provincial impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategize IT needs including procurement of hardware, software, cloud, and network services.
• Develop and implement plans for evaluation, development, and deployment of IT services.
• Align technology strategy with business priorities and roadmaps across departments.
• Define short- and long-term IT goals and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for technology initiatives.
