Job summary

Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites applications for Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on a contract basis. The role leads PPRA-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance, policies, standards, and security roadmap in line with government requirements.

Candidates should have an MS in a related field, CISM/CISSP, and 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in leadership. The CISO will oversee security for PPRA applications, data, networks, cloud, and third-party

Qualifications

• MS (18 years of education) in CS/Cyber Security/Information Security/IT/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Mandatory Certification: CISM or CISSP.
• Experience: 10+ years in information/cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a lead/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPRA-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance, standards, and roadmap.
• Advise senior management on cybersecurity risks and posture.
• Oversee risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and privileged access security.
