Job summary

Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Psychologist & Behavior Therapist to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and deliver counseling and therapy within a collaborative team.

The role requires strong communication and report-writing skills, with experience in behavior management and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities will be preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments
