Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the ICS BoW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the ICS BoW with overall business objectives.
• Monitor progress and performance against the ICS BoW, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the ICS BoW.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to application processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
