Job summary

Relief International seeks a Provincial Emergency and Distribution Officer to coordinate RI's emergency preparedness, approved routine material assistance, and time-bound emergency support in the assigned province. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Management or related field.
Minimum four years of humanitarian experience with field coordination.
Experience in distribution planning and stock documentation.
Ability to communicate in Pashto, Urdu and local language; basic English reading.

Responsibilities

Coordinate emergency preparedness and routine material assistance.
Translate assessed needs into field response plans and schedules.
Coordinate with government and partners to identify unmet needs and avoid duplication.
Ensure safeguarding, eligibility transparency and accessible assistance.
Oversee safe distributions, stock reconciliation and records.
