Job Responsibilities

• Act as a reference point for Project Management Office queries and information and advocate for best practices in project management.
• Facilitate project planning, reviews, demos and meetings.
• Manage enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
• Provide direction and support to project team to adhere/ maintain all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the fields team as to adherence of project activities.
• Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Specification
