Job summary

Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore seeks an experienced Project Manager to establish and run a sales and customer service centre serving thousands of retailers.

You will organize data, plan territories, implement CRM and calling systems, and recruit and train a team of 10–15 callers. You will oversee daily calls, generate orders, follow up with customers, coordinate with sales and distribution teams, monitor performance, and prepare daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience in call centre management, telesales, or sales operations is preferred.
