Lab Diagnostic Systems in Taxila seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction and development projects, coordinating Civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural and design work from planning to handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction/project management, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong coordination skills. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience coordinating Civil, MEP, HVAC, and architectural/design work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from planning through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural and other design disciplines.
• Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, and progress.
• Identify delays and coordination issues; drive timely resolutions.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain progress reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality and HSE.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.

Preference will be given to candidates based in or near Taxila.

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of independently managing multidisciplinary construction and development projects involving Civil Works, MEP, HVAC, architectural/design coordination, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural, and other design disciplines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, and project progress.
• Coordinate and monitor HVAC installations, systems, and related technical works.
• Identify delays, design conflicts, HVAC/MEP coordination issues, and execution risks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain progress reporting and project documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of project works.

Ideal Candidate

Strong project management and coordination skills with 5+ years of relevant construction/project experience, good technical understanding of Civil, MEP, and HVAC works, and the ability to independently drive projects from planning through completion.

PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
