Job summary

Grayhat Developers Private Limited is seeking a motivated intern to keep engineers and designers aligned through fast-paced product cycles. You’ll coordinate, plan, and help ship projects from idea to delivery while learning real engineering exposure.

You’ll work across game and engineering teams, run standups, track progress, and use modern tools including AI to boost productivity without replacing human judgment. This internship emphasizes hands-on learning and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as 2nd/3rd/final-year student or a fresh graduate.
• Fields: CS, Software Engineering, Business, PM, Product Design, Media Sciences or related.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools is desirable.

This internship is designed for people who want real engineering exposure, not observation hours.

The Role

You’ll be embedded within our game and engineering teams, learning our end-to-end product workflow from rapid ideation to final delivery, while contributing to real projects and real decisions. This is not a “shadow someone” internship. You’ll help coordinate tasks, facilitate communication, track progress, solve bottlenecks, and ensure teams stay aligned and productive.

• Familiarity with project management or productivity tools such as ClickUp, Plane, Jira, Notion, Trello, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain clear documentation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality — you thrive under deadlines
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
• Curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them thoughtfully into your workflow
• Ability to take initiative, ownership, and make decisions proactively
• Second-year, Third-year, or final-year student (CS, Software Engineering, Business, Project Management, Product Design, Media Sciences, or related field) or a fresh graduate

• Experience leading university projects, societies, events, or student teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Experience using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Plane, or similar platforms
• Strong documentation or report-writing skills
• Experience conducting interviews, coordinating with teams, or handling client/stakeholder communication
• Curiosity about AI-powered productivity and workflow tools
• Written blogs, reflective journals, or long-form writing samples
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Experience working on collaborative digital, technical, or creative projects
