Job Description & Position Overview

Supervises ongoing mega infrastructure projects, university campus buildings, structural concrete works, roads, drainage, water supply systems, and ensures rigorous compliance with PEC engineering codes and Punjab PPRA regulations.

• Oversee site execution of university academic blocks, laboratories, and hostel complexes. Inspect raw materials, structural steel reinforcement, and concrete pouring. Review contractor interim payment certificates, bar bending schedules, and variation claims. Maintain site measurement books and prepare progress reports for university syndicate meetings.
• Civil structural design, project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), Punjab PPRA procurement compliance, quantity surveying, geotechnical report interpretation, and site supervision.

Screening Examination (100 MCQs, 90 Mins): Campus Infrastructure Design & Concrete Technology (50%), PPRA Procurement Regulations & Estimation (30%), Technical English & Communication (10%), General Knowledge & Engineering Laws (10%).
