Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and control production activities according to jobs.
2. Coordinate with the sales department to ensure production meets required parameters and specifications, delivering quality according to client requirements.
3. Address production problems by taking appropriate actions or referring to the Managing Director with recommendations.
4. Ensure effective utilization of manpower through tactful management.
5. Maintain discipline and harmonious relations within the department.
6. Maintain and improve quantity and quality without compromising standards.
7. Organize the department for economical production.
8. Plan, maintain, and procure optimal stock levels in collaboration with the purchases, quality, and stores departments.
9. Set production priorities for engraving jobs.
10. Provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
11. Plan requirements for production, electrical spares, equipment, and tools in advance.
12. Maintain close liaison with Electrical, Mechanical, and Purchase departments.
13. Implement safety measures for employees in the department.
14. Maintain optimum spare parts inventory in coordination with the Purchase and Store departments.
15. Ensure effective administrative control over all production activities.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
17. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System effectively in the production department.
18. Generate monthly production reports and compile an annual production report.
19. Handle hiring and termination of employees within the engraving department.
