We are seeking a Production Manager for our manufacturing industry client based in Karachi.

Education:

B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

5 to 6 years of experience in Injection / PET bottles moulding

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage production staff activities.
2. Develop and coordinate employee training and evaluations, identifying critical issues, needs, and potential of workers.
3. Plan technical interventions (e.g., mould changes, colour changes) and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
4. Measure and verify resource consumption rates (materials, personnel, services) aiming for continuous improvement and optimization.

Job Specification

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and data management systems (preferably SAP).
• Thorough knowledge of the technologies and processes of the production site.
• Knowledge of staff management and best practices (e.g., OEE, TPM, 6S frameworks).
• Familiarity with industry health, safety, and environmental norms.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles is an advantage.
