Job summary

GSK in Pakistan is seeking a production-focused professional with a Pharm‑D degree to lead on‑site manufacturing activities. The role requires GMP experience, SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills.

You will manage staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure SOP/batch documentation adherence while coordinating with engineering for maintenance and new product launches. The position emphasizes OEE management, risk assessment and a proactive approach to safety, quality and production targets

Qualifications

• Pharm – D required; GMP knowledge essential.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing/production.
• Experience in GMP environments and document control.

Responsibilities

• Set staff objectives and review achievements via Workday.
• Promote continuous improvement and coach staff onsite.
• Ensure SOPs and GMP compliance across production.
• Support in resource allocation, new product launches and KPI achievement.
• Maintain OEE knowledge and drive action plans.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Review SOPs and batch docs; deliver in‑house trainings.
