Job summary

At Funsol, we build innovative digital products powered by AI, automation, and modern web technologies. We are looking for a proactive Product Owner - Web to take ownership of our web products, introduce new features, finalize product requirements, and continuously improve live applications.

Position Overview

The Product Owner - Web will own the product lifecycle, from feature ideation and planning to development, launch, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate should understand business needs, modern web technologies, and product workflows to make informed decisions and deliver valuable product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of web products, including features, releases, and live functionality.
• Identify, plan, and introduce new features based on business goals and user needs.
• Finalize feature requirements, workflows, user journeys, and acceptance criteria before development.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver product features.
• Understand web technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Python, Django, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Review developed features, validate functionality, prioritize bugs, and ensure release readiness.
• Monitor live products, user feedback, analytics, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a basic understanding of Firebase, Google Cloud Console, Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Use tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello for product planning and backlog management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product ownership, technical product management, or web product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum, feature planning, and requirement gathering.
• Ability to independently define features, finalize requirements, and take responsibility for product outcomes.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies: React.js, Vue.js, and Next.js.
• Basic understanding of Python, Django, REST APIs, databases, and microservices.
• Working knowledge of Firebase, Google Cloud Console, Git workflows, and basic deployment operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered products, SaaS platforms, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and product analytics.
• Experience managing live web applications and improving existing features.
