Role Description

The Product Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Sialkot District, responsible for managing and presenting textile and leather product lines to maximize sales and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with production teams on product specifications, ensuring samples and orders meet quality standards, and maintaining accurate product catalogs and pricing. The role involves preparing merchandising plans, analyzing sales and customer feedback, and optimizing assortments for different channels, including wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. The Product Merchandiser will also communicate regularly with sales teams and clients, support negotiations, and provide product information and visual presentation guidance. Collaboration with design, sourcing, and logistics teams is essential to ensure timely delivery and strong market positioning of all product ranges.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, including assortment planning, lifecycle management, and coordination with production and design teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and E-Commerce skills to support channel-specific merchandising, online product presentation, and customer engagement.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities for product and pricing improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, and for preparing clear reports and presentations.
• Relevant experience in textile or leather goods merchandising, product development, or account management is highly beneficial.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising or ERP tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Sialkot District and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
