Teradata is seeking a Product Manager for CX Apps to own the strategy and execution for real-time decisioning and campaign management. You will drive the evolution of VCX and CIM from legacy apps into a unified agentic CX platform, working with engineering, field teams, architecture, and customers to close adoption gaps and prove value at scale.

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with real-time decisioning or campaign management platforms.
• Ability to engage technical customers, field teams, and architects to drive adoption.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for VCX and CIM.
• Define agent architectures built on MCP and Vantage with go/no-go gates.
• Own competitive positioning with a proof point program for field and COE teams.
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, field, and architecture to translate requirements.
