Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmaps, gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into PRDs and user stories.

You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Delivery teams to drive priorities and measure success with KPI-driven insights. You will also conduct market research, analyze competitors, validate user needs, and engage with clients to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management delivering digital products or SaaS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and engineering collaboration.
• Ability to write structured PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience in OTT/Streaming/AdTech/FinTech/ERP or enterprise SaaS.
• Exposure to AI-driven or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience with GCC, UK, or US markets.
• MBA or relevant product certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcome-based priorities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and users.
• Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Delivery teams.
• Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and product readiness.
• Define product KPIs and measure success via data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user validation.
• Participate in client and stakeholder discussions for product alignment.
• Continuously optimize product performance based on feedback and outcomes.
