Job summary

Al Baraka Group in Karachi is seeking a product professional to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch across alternate digital channels. You will translate business requirements into experiences and user stories, and collaborate with engineering to deliver value.

You will monitor KPIs, drive channel performance, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external fintech partners, and ensure regulatory governance for the alternate channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Lifecycle: From ideation to launch, manage alternate digital channels roadmap.
• Product Development & Delivery: Work with engineering, translating business requirements into experiences and user stories.
• Channel Optimization: Improve usability, performance and reliability of the alternate digital ecosystem, monitor KPIs and commercial impacts.
• Stakeholder and Fintech Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to own product innovation, evolution and R&D.
• Governance: Ensure regulatory compliance and governance of alternate channels.
