Job summary

Keenu in Pakistan invites a capable project leader to drive fintech initiatives, delivering on time and within budget while aligning with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to define scope, develop detailed plans, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This role shapes a modern financial future for Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders across Product Management, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment with open communication, trust, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support governance and compliance requirements, including documentation, change management, and QA.
