You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to launch new features, run market research, and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech/wealth management or related industry.
• Experience building and launching B2C/B2B financial products.

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our digital wealth management offerings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and user-centric design to build innovative financial products that enhance client experiences and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends in fintech, digital assets, AI, and alternative investments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong UX/UI understanding with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, KPIs, and iterative improvement.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, designers, and executives.
• Knowledge of wealth management, digital assets, and fintech trends is a big plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
