Our success depends on the quality and performance of our product listings across multiple online channels. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Product Listing Manager to lead our listing team and own the entire product-to-market process.

Job Title: Product Listing Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Core Responsibilities:

As the Product Listing Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for creating and optimizing all product listings. Your primary goal is to ensure our products are launched efficiently, accurately, and are optimized for maximum visibility and sales. Your responsibilities will be to:

Team Leadership & Management:

Supervise and mentor the team of Listing Strategists and Listing Executives.

Set weekly and monthly targets for the number of new products to be listed and optimized.

Manage the day-to-day workflow of the listing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Quality Control & Process Optimization:

Act as the final point of quality control, reviewing and approving new listing templates and strategies before they are implemented.

Continuously analyze and improve the listing creation process to increase speed and reduce errors.

Ensure all listings are 100% compliant with each platform's policies and our company's brand guidelines.

Performance & Strategy:

Work with the Head of E-commerce to develop the overall strategy for product presentation and SEO across all channels.

Monitor the performance of new listings, tracking key metrics like conversion rate, click-through rate, and initial sales.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Design departments to ensure a seamless and efficient product launch process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 years in a team leadership or management role.

A proven track record of managing high-volume product listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce.

Hard Skills:

Expert-level knowledge of E-commerce SEO and the specific ranking algorithms of major platforms.

Strong Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze listing performance data and make strategic decisions to improve results.

Process Management: Experience in creating, documenting, and optimizing complex workflows (SOPs).

Deep familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.
