Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of hands-on development experience with .NET and C#, plus the ability to guide peers and contribute to project planning and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 4–8 years of experience in development and designing software solutions in .NET and C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop programming systems to determine system performance.
• Analyze system specs and translate requirements into use cases and technical specs for leads.
• Evolve system applications and architecture as needed.
• Conduct quality reviews of software code during development.
• Assist with project time and resource estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
