Job summary

PMCL-JAZZ is seeking an Analyst Active Networks to support day-to-day and operational activities in Active Networks for assigned tasks. The role reports to L3 and has no direct reports.

You will plan, develop, and execute projects across the complete RFP/Q lifecycle, coordinating with end-users and stakeholders. Strong MS Office skills and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/MBA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Very task-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute the project (Complete RFP/Q Lifecycle).
• Process the complete RFP from Tender mandate signing to PO Issuance and contract signing with end-user coordination.
• Prepare complete techno-commercial evaluation (TCO) and QES.
• BOQ alignments against Frame Agreements.
• Price verifications and negotiations.
• Prepare dashboard and Teams updates weekly.
• Maintain the database of out of catalogue items and induction in price books.

What does Analyst Active Networks do?

• Plan, develop, and execute the project (Complete RFP/Q Lifecycle)
• Process the complete RFP from Tender mandate signing to PO Issuance and contract signing with coordination and consent of end-user.
• Preparation of complete commercial evaluation (TCO) and QES comprising of techno-commercial
• BOQ Alignments against the Frame Agreements
• Price verifications and Negotiations
• Preparing of Dashboard and Teams Updates on weekly basis.
• Maintaining the data base of out of catalogue items and later Induction in Price Books
