Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4-7 years of software development experience with significant hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience leading fintech product(s) or platforms.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
• A mindset focused on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable fintech applications using the .NET tech stack.
• Own the end-to-end development cycle—from requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.
• Solve complex, real-world business problems with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineers with deep expertise in .NET frameworks and proven experience building fintech products.
