Job description

Position: SQA Lead – Automation

We are hiring a Principal QA Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience and proven hands‑on QA automation expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective test strategies, plans, scenarios, environments, and test cases for automated testing of both web and mobile applications.
• Hands‑on experience in Cypress and Playwright.
• Set and complete clear testing lifecycle milestones, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting, prioritizing on severity and impact.
• Design and build an automated test suite for regression testing and set up a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Establish and implement testing KPIs, standards, and best practices covering functional, non‑functional, and UAT test case design with proper documentation and advice on code quality.
• Ensure performance, security, and data integrity through performance and data integrity testing, reporting on load, stress, scalability, security (vulnerabilities), compliance issues, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
• Stay up‑to‑date and build in‑depth product knowledge through collaboration with development teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and user profiles.

Educational Qualifications
