Job summary

Dubizzle Labs is seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer - Frontend to lead frontend teams, collaborate with design, QA and backend partners, and shape scalable UI platforms. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and deliver robust features across products.

You will mentor engineers, optimize performance, and own the end-to-end SDLC from design to production. A strong background in React, Redux, and modern frontend tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years frontend experience in JavaScript and frontend technologies.
• Proven experience in React with at least 6 years in production.
• Strong understanding of Redux/state management.
• Experience with Webpack and modern tooling (NPM/Yarn).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design to production issues and SDLC.
• Drive performance, availability, and reliability of frontend applications.
• Mentor peers in a pair-programming environment and promote best practices.
• Define and communicate architectural directions for frontend platforms.
