Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery of network services across enterprise environments, driving operational excellence and supporting transformation initiatives in network infrastructure and service management.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of network services, ensuring SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and drive automation in network operations.
• Maintain documentation and comply with security and governance standards.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
• Support transformation projects including cloud migration, SD‑WAN deployment, and network modernization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in network service delivery or network operations.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ITIL-based service management.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with SD‑WAN, network automation tools, and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
