Responsabilités

• Maintain governance documentation, playbooks, workflows, and SOPs.
• Create training materials, FAQs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams.
• Prepare governance meeting agendas and track action items, decisions, risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accountability and timely follow-up on key initiatives.
• Develop release communications, user guides, and enablement materials.
• Translate complex updates into business-friendly communications.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous process improvement.

ibex. is hiring for one of its clients for the position of Principal AI Orchestration Product Manager. This is a night-shift position based in Karachi.

Position Summary:

The Principal AI Orchestration Product Manager will support enterprise AI operations by enabling governance, visibility, coordination, and management of AI capabilities across the organization. This role will oversee AI capability intake, dashboard administration, portfolio management, operational reporting, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

AI Capability Dashboard Product Support

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather and refine business requirements for dashboard enhancements.
• Translate enhancement requests into user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the enhancement backlog.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports, metrics, and analytics related to AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support governance, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking.

Process Documentation & Governance

• Maintain and improve governance documentation, playbooks, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Create training materials, FAQs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams.

Stakeholder & Meeting Management

• Prepare governance meeting agendas and track action items, decisions, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accountability and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.

Communication & Enablement

• Develop release communications, user guides, and enablement materials.
• Translate complex technical and governance updates into business-friendly communications.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Governance, or Business Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Digital Products, or Emerging Technologies.
• Experience in Governance, Portfolio Management, or Operating Model functions.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Platforms, Capability Catalogs, or Product Inventories.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
