Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Power BI Specialist to transform enterprise data into insightful dashboards and KPI scorecards. The role emphasizes modernizing legacy reporting and integrating diverse data sources across oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and manufacturing sectors.

You will design data models, implement DAX calculations, and optimize Power BI performance while collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and T-SQL.
• Experience migrating legacy reports (SSRS/Crystal Reports/Excel) to Power BI.
• Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) is preferred; Azure/Tableau considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and modernize legacy reporting by developing interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Design and develop data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Integrate Power BI with SQL Server and cloud data sources; manage data onboarding and ETL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive requirements and deliver KPI scorecards.
• Optimize datasets for performance and maintain documentation for dashboards.
