Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking Polish interpreters and translators to work onsite in Rawalpindi/Islamabad across healthcare, legal, education and immigration settings. You will interpret for speakers of Polish and English, ensuring accurate and confidential communication with service providers and recipients.

The role includes consecutive and conference interpreting, liaising between users and providers, and sign-on with a surety bond and NDA where required. Onsite DHA Sector F Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish or equivalent bilingual ability.
• IELTS certificate with overall 6.5 and min 6.0 in each subtest is required.
• BS/MS degree in English language-related field or TESOL.

Translation Empire PK is looking for a Polish Interpreter and Translator in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad

We are currently recruiting for Polish interpreters and Translators based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to work within various settings such as the health care, Legal, Educational, Immigration & Refugee services etc.

Established in 2001 Translation Empire PK provides professional interpreting and translation services to both the government, public and private sectors across organizations around the globe. If you speak fluent English and Polish language, this could be the role for you.

• Telephone Interpreters
• Video Interpreters

The Job:

Interpreting involves listening to, understanding and memorizing content in the original ‘source’ language, then reproducing the speech into the ‘target’ language with 100% accuracy.

You will:

• Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services
• Check the non-English speakers understanding after each sentence
• Conference, consecutive and public service interpreting
• Dealing with highly confidential information
• Liaise between the service user and service provider

Requirements:

Fluent in English or another language

BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT) or TESOL

Any other interpreting related qualification

Must hold an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

You will be required to sign and agree to a surety bond.

You will be required to sign and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
