Job description

Responsibilities
•Responsible for proper implementation of company systems for effective planning, scheduling & cost control.
•Responsible for overall supervision of planning schedules, progress measuring, monitoring, and proposals planning systems developed by the Company.
•Arranges preparation & compilation of Project Plans for project team and Client.
•Manages issuance of standard reports related to progress, efficiency and cost on daily, weekly or / and monthly basis.
•Raises flag in case of variation from standard benchmarks / budget.
•Responsible for compiling of Project Progress for Invoice.
•Regulates & monitors subcontractors’ activities
•Ensure through Document Controller that updated revisions of drawings & specifications are maintained.
•Responsible for coordinating training regarding planning, scheduling and monitoring.

Job Specification

Qualification and Experience:
•Bachelor of Engineering having 10+ years experience on similar position in an EPC/engineering/construction company.
•Proven track record of demonstrating leadership qualities in heading a multidiscipline planning workforce.
•Must be self motivated with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
•Must be expert in Primavera project planner and other standard MS Office software.
