Job summary

Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group, seeks a passionate Software Engineer to help build high-quality web applications. You will work on medium to large PHP MVC projects using Laravel, Yii2, or CodeIgniter, with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and MySQL.

Join a distributed system environment, participate in designing architecture, ensure information security controls, and collaborate with the team lead to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's in Computer Science with CGPA >= 3.0.
• Strong object-oriented programming concepts.
• 1–3 years of PHP web app development using MVC frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience/understanding of version control systems (Git/GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Develop medium to large scale web applications using PHP MVC frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and MySQL.
• Work in distributed system environment and implement transaction management, queuing system and state tracking.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures and controls.
• Assist the team lead in designing the application and database architecture.
